Outlaw Tools

Install Outlaw Tools from Microsoft Store for Windows, or download Outlaw Tools v0.12.0 directly from GitHub for Windows or Linux. GitHub releases appear first while Store updates pass Microsoft review and publication.

Phase 0: Stabilize Mining Scanner is active now.

Phase 1: Foundation is active now and covers resource targets, canonical rarity/location/prevalence/market evidence, one tracked target, and Windows LIVE folder handling.

Phase 2: Blueprint Hunter is marked released in v0.3.0. Inventory and Crafting, Hangar, Resources, Locations, FPS/ship Loadouts, reviewed refinery queues and local player-data export/restore are available. Review scanned values before saving. Full inventory extraction, in-game validation, advanced refinery and automatic cross-PC sync remain future work.
